Petit Chablis, Vincent Tremblay, 2023 - Vin Blanc

This is superb. Made by the highly reputed Gérard Tremblay, this is steely dry and crisp. 2022 was a warm year so the wine is slightly fuller than one from a more classic year. Tremblay’s wines have the typical “minerality” but also have a deliciously full dry fruitiness on the palate, with a long aftertaste. Forget the bland Chablis sold by multiple retailers, this wine is classic proper Chablis.
