The excellence of this Eau de Vie de Kirsch Grande Réserve is proof of the know-how and care with which Domaine Robert Faller selects its spirits as well as its wines. Established since 1697 in Ribeauvillé in Alsace, this family house really knows how to combine traditional recipes and the most modern processes to create such an Eau de Vie that shows off all the perfumes of the cherry in its various subtle nuances.

With a brilliant clear colour, this Eau de Vie de Kirsch is immediately seductive. Its charm is amplified by aromas from the cherry stone. The magnificent fruit then opens up in the mouth with a hint of subtle bitterness from that stone. A light brandy with a generous and flavoursome elegance!

Ageing Time and Food & Wine Pairing:

Ready to be enjoyed, this can still be kept for several years but do not lay the bottle down physically as you would a wine!  Eau de Vie is an essential partner of many cooking recipes as its perfume can enhance a dish, whilst of course it is also often appreciated as a digestive.  During the meal, it goes really well with typical Alsatian dishes such as sauerkraut or baeckeoffe.
