At Boursot Vins, you will find a small selection of champagnes mainly from around Epernay and Reims. Our champagne selection consists of wines of character that you can enjoy with family or friends. We especially recomend our own Champagne Richard-Dhondt made in the village of Dizy just outside Epernay: very high quality at a really sensible price
Crémant: A popular fresh tasting sparkling wine
"Crémant" is one of France's highest quality sparkling wines and is produced in Bourgogne, Alsace, Bordeaux and the Loire. As the name implies, the wines tend towards a softness of style and are perfect to be enjoyed at large gatherings. Accepting that it is not the same as champagne, at half the latter's price, it offers you great value.
The "Méthode Traditionnelle" or the "Méthode Champenoise"
The "Méthode Traditionnelle" is arguably the best method of producing sparkling wine. At Boursot Vins all our sparkling wines are produced by this method.
