This indicator represents the body of the wine – “1” being the lightest like a Beaujolais and “5” being the most full-bodied like a wine from the Minervois.

A softer style of Pinotage, which is a blend of Pinot Noir (juicy) and Cinsault (powerful) that is great to enjoy by itself but would be even better served with red meats or rich cheeses. Full of fruit but with delicate aromas, this is a great introduction to this famous South African grape.
