"Méthode Traditionnelle"
The "Méthode Traditionnelle" used to be known as the "Méthode Champenoise". It is generally recognised as the best way to produce high quality sparkling wines. Crémant, as well as sparkling wines from Saumur and Clairette de Die are produced this way. We also have a selection of high quality rare and lesser known champagnes - all have excellent value. They are all Brut and are ideal for an aperitif.
